We are a fifth generation Real Estate Management and development company with a Winchester history. The principals, Anthony Albiani and Paul Albiani grew up in Winchester during the 50’s and 60’s. Our father, Antonio and his brother Salvatore had a real estate business with an office and properties in Chelsea, MA. Most of these properties were built immediately after the great Chelsea fire of 1908 by our great-grandfather Salvatore DeDomenico.

Our father, Antonio, had the foresight to purchase Marble Park Manor, a 34 unit brick apartment building in Stoneham MA., while it was under construction in 1963.  We still own and manage that property today.

Both Anthony and Paul raised 4 children in this town. We both currently reside in town and have our place of business in Winchester. We are completely committed to the town’s real estate, apartments, condominium and commercial vitality and consider property maintenance a priority.
